Legalization of Citizens of Kazakhstan in Lviv, Certificate (Residence Permit) Citizenship

A citizen of Kazakhstan may stay on the territory of Ukraine without any special permits for no more than 90 days. To begin with, a citizen of Kazakhstan has the right to obtain a temporary residence permit. Depending on the grounds, the Migration Service may consider the application for up to 1 year. After making a decision, a citizen of Kazakhstan receives the right to permanent residence in the country and in the future the right to apply for citizenship.
