Bringing the company's charter in line with the law on LLCs in Lviv
Attention Owners, directors, accountants of Limited Liability Companies, by June 17, 2019 it is necessary to bring the statute in line with the current legislation of Ukraine.
In connection with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Limited and Additional Liability Companies" (Law "On LLC") "№2275-VIII (hereinafter - the Law), significantly changed the corporate rules of operation of the Limited Liability Company (hereinafter - LLC) ).

One of the requirements of the Law is the need to bring the charter of the LLC in line with the provisions of the Law by June 17, 2019. Similarly, the charter of a limited liability company must be brought into line with any changes to a limited liability company in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations.
Such changes include:
- change of the founder of Open Company (Lviv)
- change of director (in Lviv)
- change of name (title),
- increase / decrease of authorized capital (Lviv)
- change of legal address (Lviv)
- change of activities, NACE (Lviv).
The Law also stipulates that from the date of its entry into force, the provisions of the charter of LLC shall apply only in the part that complies with the Law.
