Registration of a legal entity in the Unified Judicial System!

On June 29, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Mandatory Registration and Use of Electronic Cabinets in the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System or its Separate Subsystem (Module) Providing Document Exchange"

According to this draft law, amendments were made to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine and the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine.

The main innovations are that all legal entities are subject to the obligation to register an electronic office in the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System. The final provisions of the draft Law propose to establish that lawyers, notaries, private executors, arbitration administrators, judicial experts, state bodies, local self-government bodies, other legal entities register electronic offices in EUITS, which ensures the exchange of procedural documents, within thirty days from the date of publication of this of the law

If this is not done, then in the event that such a legal entity appeals to the court, the documents of such a person will remain in the court without movement or will be returned without being accepted for consideration by the court, depending on the type of procedural document.
