For non-amendments to the unified state register, the Joint-Stock Company is obliged to pay a fine of UAH 510 in accordance with paragraph 117.1 of the Tax Code.
In addition, failure to make certain changes to the company's address threatens sanctions from official bodies that come with checks at the place of registration.
